To use Our Yard, you must be a college student with a valid .edu email address. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are a current college student.

By submitting content to the App (e.g., listings, reviews, comments), you grant Our Yard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the App.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, false, misleading, or infringes upon the rights of others.
We use analytics tools, including Mixpanel, to better understand how users interact with the App and to help us improve the user experience. These tools may collect anonymous usage data such as app interactions, features accessed, and general device information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to transaction disputes, communication issues, or loss of data.
